Cranberry and citrus to compliment a dinner full of chiles, spice and smokey flavors.

Ingredients:
1 lb. fresh or thawed, frozen cranberries
1 1/2 oranges, zested, peeled and roughly chopped.
1 lemon, zested, peeled and roughly chopped.
1½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 teaspoon sea salt
½ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
2 sweet apples, peeled, cored, and finely shredded
Method:
1. In a food processor, combine cranberries, orange, lemon, cinnamon, salt, pepper, and both zests; pulse until berries break down. Add apples and honey; pulse to combine. Chill until ready to serve or let flavors meld overnight.
